This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made via our website insignialabels.co.uk or other distance means, in accordance with UK laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel

  • Cooling-Off Period: For non-custom products, you have 14 days from the day after receipt to cancel the contract and return the goods for a full refund (including standard delivery costs).
  • Custom Products: Bespoke items (e.g., custom-designed labels) are exempt from the cooling-off period once production has begun, as they are personalized and cannot be resold.
  • How to Cancel: Notify us in writing (email or post) within the period, providing order details. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

2. Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If the goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged upon arrival:

  • Notify us within 30 days of receipt (or a reasonable time for latent defects).
  • We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed, offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at our discretion.
  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if the fault is ours.

3. Refunds Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
  • We may deduct for any diminished value due to handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the goods.
  • Exclusions: No refunds for custom products unless faulty; hygiene-sealed items if unsealed.

4. How to Return Goods

  • Pack securely and include proof of purchase.

  • You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

5. Business Customers

If purchasing as a business (B2B), consumer rights do not apply, and returns are at our discretion per our Terms of Sale.
